Convenient location with easy access to transportation.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom had a persistent leak, and the ceiling vent looked unkempt. The staff's English was limited.

Good beds and central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a fridge. Location very close to the train station and monorail...

The hotel was adjacent to monorail, restaurants were nearby and shops thanks to its convenient and ideal location. Furthermore, in the middle of jackson. We have booked a double room for 4 nights, everything was fantastic, it had climate control, flat-screen television, and a refrigerator.

The staff was helpful and friendly. I especially enjoyed the coffee service in the lobby.

The breakfast buffet was amazing, with plenty of tasty options from both japan and the west. My room on a higher floor had a fine view of mt. Fuji, and the location was just a short walk to tachikawa's beautiful garden, a must-see.

This place suits me perfectly! It offers everything I need like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a tv. The staff once helped return my forgotten belongings, wonderful. I highly recommend it for a comfortable stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near a mall. The staff was great at accommodating our needs, and the lobby's free coffee service was a nice touch after long days of exploring.

I had a fantastic stay in Tachikawa! The spacious room was perfect for me, and I loved the excellent coffee service in the lobby. However, the bathroom sink was a bit too low for comfort. I'd definitely return!

Solo traveler's good stay

Location is perfect! Walking distance from the train station and all those convenience stores. I really appreciated the staff's effort! There were moments they were very good, like when they patiently helped me with directions even if the language barrier was tough.

It wasn't cheap but still acceptable for what they offered.
